Unless otherwise noted, this is NLSC’s regular schedule:
Sundays: Regular church service (11am); Pre-teen Sunday School (10:30-10:55am); Children’s Sunday School for ages 4-9 (during the sermon time); Supervised Nursery during the 11am service
Second Sunday Service (4pm) at the Family Life Center (240 Pritchard Ave.)
Mondays: 7pm Evening Bible Class at NLSC; our topic is the mysterious relationship between God’s Sovereignty and Human Freedom and Responsibility. The audio recordings are posted on Pastor John Youtube Channel, “The Shepherd’s Voice with Pastor John Feakes”
Wednesdays: Prayer Meeting (7pm); Wednesday Prayer meeting are now held in TWO LOCATIONS: the NLSC building (618 Muriel St.) and The Family Life Centre (240 Pritchard Ave.)
Fridays: North End Soup Ministry (240 Pritchard Ave., 6:30-8:30pm)
SPECIAL EVENTS AND ANNOUNCEMENTS:
SPECIAL PRAYER MEETING at NLSC Wednesday 7pm (February 8th) – there will be no prayer meeting at the Family Life Centre that day; we will ALL gather at the NLSC church building to pray for our youth in the church and in the world. We will petition the Lord to help direct us in the way we should go regarding youth ministry in our church.
Special Youth Worship Night at Millar (Winnipeg Campus) College Feb 10, 7pm
Worship Team Ministry Meeting after church (Sunday, February 12); all who are interested in serving the church in contributing to the worship team ministry are invited to attend.
Valentine’s Day Fellowship Dinner (Tuesday, February 14, 6pm); the church is invited to gather together for a time of food, fellowship, and a celebration of God’s amazing love for His people.
Youth Event after church (Sunday, February 19); potluck lunch followed by some Bible teaching and fellowship time
NO BLIBE CLASS Monday Feb 20 (Provincial Holiday); lest give out minds a rest; class resumes the following week (Feb 27)
